Parkwood Visit  January 9, 2009

What would a trip back to GA be without going by "The Hood"? It was so great to see all my fellow co-workers and I must say I am extremely jealous of their new school spirit attire this year.

Nick got to show off his new long hair and his new earring. Mrs. Wrotten was so excited and proud that he finally got his dog for making such good grades last year. We toured the whole school surprising so many of our friends.

But I must tell you...two of the main reasons I went was to see my Hunter and my Lizzie!!! I couldn't wait to see them both. I have missed them both so much! They looked so great and both teachers said they were doing so well in school!

It really hit me when I walked into my old classroom and found Connie. You were my rain in the desert last year. You have no idea how much I appreciate everything you did and how much I miss our talks about life! You are surely missed!

Of course, many tears flowed as I truly realized that my Parkwood family was still there and I was long gone. But there is always my Jenn...what would I do without you girl? I miss you so much!
