Leaving GA...Again  January 12, 2009

Today was another sad day....

We are leaving GA for the second time...I didn't know a heart could break this much! I had to drag Ryan on the plane kicking and screaming the whole way. Nick, of course, stood strong through it all. He is ALWAYS there for his mother!

My last meal in the states was Krystal....just can't get enough of the sweet tea! On the way to the airport, Nana and I made faces and took pics of ourselves while the boys slept and Papa and Jami listened to music.

It was so ironic that we sat in the same place at the airport that we did 6 months earlier when leaving for the first time. I guess this wall has become our designated "goodbye" spot. What really tore me up was when my sister leaned in to take a picture with me and actually hugged me goodbye. Jami, I miss you more than you know!

As you can see at the end of the pictures, Ryan was so emotional that we had to call Nana and Daddy on the phone for support.

We finally arrived back in Frankfurt ready to take on the next 6 months.....
